SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders within 1 business [mon – fri] day of your order, packages ordered after 1:00 PM on Friday are shipped the following Monday.  All packages are shipped via USPS and:

  • Package is shipped in an unmarked box or envelope.
  • All shipments are shipped with the return address NP.COM.
  • Charges on your credit card will show up as Naked Papers Brand, Inc. (PayPal) or Naked Papers Brand, Inc. (Credit Cards).

We sometimes require an adult signature on packages delivered. We also reserve the right to verify your age by requesting a valid government picture ID if needed.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use the United States Postal Service to ship all orders. If you require an alternate shipping method, please contact us.  We ship to all 50 States within the United States of America.  All orders over $45.00 USD are shipped requiring an adult signature.  If flat rate shipping is offered, it is offered only to the contiguous 48 states.  Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will be billed extra.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We ship express packages via USPS Priority Express Mail. Adult signature is required.  We do not ship via UPS, FEDEX of DHL. 

Return/Exchange Information

EXCHANGE/RETURNS

Products are exchangeable and/or returnable within 2 full business days of the delivery of your product.  We track this timeline and enforce it. If you have a problem with the product, you must contact us within 2 days of having received your product to be eligible to return or exchange your product. We do no accept returns or requests for exchanges outside of the following two business days from date of package receipt.   We do not refund shipping costs, and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the product back to us should you want a return for any reason that is not our fault. Very rarely are any of our products returned. However, should you wish to return the product to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Do not simply rely on e-mail as the spam filters sometimes catch the messages and are occasionally unreliable.
